Payment and Registration:
Teams are available for purchase at wotapull.com.au.
Pricing of each break and ways to pay can be found on the website or Wotapull social media platforms.

Randomization:
Any time it is necessary to use a randomiser for Mini's, raffles or random teams, the breaker will use random.org to host the service.

Break Schedule and Live Streaming:
All breaks are livestreamed on our Instagram account @wotapull any time after 6pm on Fridays and any time after 12pm till late on Saturdays and Sundays.

Card Allocation:
All cards (including base) are distributed amongst collectors entered into each break by the teams purchased. Eg, all Cleveland Cavalier players will be awarded to the collector who purchased the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Cards from previous teams will be awarded as shown in the table below

If a card is pulled where two players from opposing teams are featured, the card will be awarded to one of the collectors who purchased the teams showing. The winner will be determined by using Random.org, where the chance each collector has is determined by the total value of the teams they purchased in the break. For example, the Cleveland Cavaliers were purchased by Collector A for $10 and the Orlando Magic were purchased by Collector B for $40. A card featuring Donovan Mitchell of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Paolo Banchero of the Magic was pulled. Collector A would have a 20 percent chance of being awarded the card, while Collector B would have an 80 percent chance of being awarded the card as they have a $40 stake in a pot valued at $50.

Storage and Shipping:

Cards will be stored safely for as long as you need with Wotapull. Under the circumstances you have a lot of stock or a big pull we will get in contact with you and arrange something to suit!

Code of Conduct:
All users of the livestream will show a positive and respectful attitude towards each member of the Wotapull community.

Not abiding by this one rule will have the person banned from all livestreams immediately and into the future.

Box Technical Faults and Expirations:
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that all boxes will have all the advertised content. There will be cases where a box will be missing an autograph, mem card, parallel, etc. Because the manufacturers do not guarantee that boxes will contain all the advertised content, there is nothing we would be able to do in these situations.

If an expired redemption card is pulled, there is nothing that can be done. In the past, expired redemptions were honoured. Unfortunately, they are no longer accepted by the company that produces the products.

Refunds and Disputes:
The condition of each card isn't guaranteed. We will treat your cards with the utmost care whilst they are in our possession. Any problems with the condition of the card upon the pull should be taken up with the manufacturer. Consequently, we don't entertain any refund requests in this regard.

There is a chance that the team you select may not be awarded any card in the group break format due to the limited number of cards in each break.

Please consider the above information carefully before entering into any breaks. By purchasing a break spot, you are acknowledging the rules stated above and have accepted them.
